Ashley is studying Construction Management & Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Delft University of Technology. In 2015, during her final year of her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in Delft, she joined IGG to research the costs for building permits in Dutch municipalities. Since then she has been working, alongside her studies, as a construction cost consultant at IGG.

Ashley participates in various residential, non-residential and renovation projects within IGG, where she supports the team on various parts of the projects.
