Expansion and renovation of the city hall of the municipality of Leidschendam Voorburg. The extension concerns an extra wing of approx. 2350 m² office with approx. 850 m² parking garage. The existing city hall will be completely renovated. The sustainability ambition concerns BREAAM Very Good, ‘Het Nieuwe Werken’ will be introduced in the new office.

Expansion of the number of seats within the Amsterdam ArenA by closing the existing canal between the grandstand and the playing field. The dugouts are placed in the stands according to the “English” model.
