Redevelopment of the plan area on the sea side in Bergen aan Zee. The existing buildings must be demolished and replaced for a redevelopment with houses, hotels, parking and commercial space. The existing real estate is owned by various parties, which must first be purchased for the redevelopment.
Sola Gratia
The construction of Sola Gratia consists of two blocks, the blend of the two connected buildings excentuates the differing levels and floors. The 46 units in the new Sola Gratia are around 75 sqm each and are ‘life course’ units plus two for respite care. The project blends various finished as decorative features.
The project made extensive use of BIM modelling allowing for dynamic cooperation between the developer, client and the consultants.
ONE-XS
One XS Non Schengen. The control of persons and goods at Schiphol in the non-Schengen area must be made from decentralized to centralized. These adjustments and new construction will take place in the G pier, GH building, E pier, F pier EF area, gate houses and departure halls 2 and 3.
