Olympiade
The project consists of 7 residential buildings and approx. 552 rental and owner-occupied houses and is approx. 40,000 sq.m. in total. Olympiade will consist of modern and sustainable residences located in a semi-public park including sports and recreation facilities.
Rembrandt park
Transformation of an existing office of approximately 24,000 m2 into a multi-user high-end office building. With the redevelopment of the robust office building from the 1960s, followed by the addition of two more buildings on the site, Rembrandt Park will become a new lively destination in Amsterdam.
