De Kandelaar is a collective building for various religious institutions, which is connected to the Grubbehoeve apartment building. The building accommodates the different religious cultures of Amsterdam South East and is unique in the Netherlands. There are five church halls, which can accommodate a total of nine hundred worshipers. De Waag
The Waag is a 15th-century building on the Nieuwmarkt in the center of Amsterdam. It was originally a city gate. The current name refers to its later function as a weighing house. NEN measurement carried out by MeetAtelier (part of IGG Bouweconomie).
Huize Lydia
Multifunctional center located on the corner of Roelof Hartplein, Joh. M. Coenenstraat and Bronckhorststraat in Amsterdam. It was originally a girls’ house (guesthouse for singles), where unmarried women lived, but also unmarried men. Many nurses who worked in the Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis also stayed here.
