The project involves 43.000 m2 GFA and includes the development of more than ninety apartments and a parking garage. Combined with catering and shops, ‘de Stadswinkel’ will become a new central location in the city. A free passage to ‘de Haagseveer’ will be realized from ‘de Coolsingel’, between the town hall and the post office.
A2 Hotel / Fletcher Hotel
The new hotel for operator Fletcher Hotels along the A2 is a special round building designed by Benthem Crouwel Architects. The hotel has 120 hotel rooms, a fitness center and underground parking. At the top of the tower are the Skylounge bar and Skyrestaurant Pi with beautiful views of the capital.

Hilton Hotel The Hague
New construction of the Hilton Hotel on the corner of Mauritskade / Zeestraat in The Hague in the existing state of the old PTT building. The hotel comprises 185 rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a large ballroom, 16 residential apartments, a restaurant, a grand café and a parking garage with approximately 200 parking spaces. IGG was responsible for the construction cost management of the demolition and the new construction part.
