LEGO Group has opened a flagship store on Kalverstraat in Amsterdam. IGG Bouweconomie has carried out the contract management on behalf of LEGO Group as a local partner and provided support with construction cost management and contracting. The existing building (shop) has been completely renovated and refurbished. Project has been carried out in an English version of the Dutch UAV-gc because the contractor (Esprit UK Ltd) is from England.
