Determine the correct tendering process


There are various options for designing a tender. For example, you can opt for public selection or private tendering. With this last option, you can also opt for multiple or single private contracts. Hereby it is also important to determine whether work is done with or without a preselection. Which approach is most suitable is partly determined by the goals set and the preconditions of the project.
