Scope management, an integral part of project management
To optimally control a project, scope management is indispensable. With scope management, the scope is well defined and subsequently recorded in the scope register. The register is then the starting point of the design process and implementation. During the process, the state of affairs of the design / execution is always checked against the scope register. If there are parts that do not fit in the scope register, the deviations must be controlled.
